Reporting to the Vice President, Technical Operations, the Business Development Manager will identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s engineering and automation services and for mCloud’s AssetCare platform.
The Business Development Manager will manage specific client accounts and cultivate strong client relationships. He/she will develop and execute tactical sales strategies to increase the business, prepare and deliver sales presentations and participate in trade shows and client focused events. They will provide direct client interface to develop strong client relationships and promote mCloud’s services.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering and industrial automation services and the ability to work independently to meet mCloud’s sales and growth objectives. Experience in the delivery of industrial engineering services and AI and analytics will be considered a significant asset.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of sales experience within engineering and/or industrial automation environments; Oil & Gas.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial environments; Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Pulp & Paper, Utilities, or Refineries.
- This position may require a significant amount of travel, possibly as high as 50% to 60% of the time.
