Passing the Torch - Mentoring the Next Generation of Digital Leaders*

A fundamental shift is underway in industry as one generation plans for retirement and the next begins to plan for succession. The need for the transfer of knowledge is real, as preservation of practical asset data becomes key to successful digital transformation.
